Neil joined the staff in June 2009. Neil grew up in Wesley United Methodist Church in McKinney, where his youth leaders instilled a deep love for missions. He received a B.A. in philosophy from Texas A&M University, then returned to Dallas to begin his church ministry with the youth of Highland Park UMC while attending Perkins School of Theology. He earned a Masters of Theological Studies in 2005 and began focusing his work in missions and education.

Stephanie joined the staff in October 2011. Before joining the staff she served as a volunteer for a year. She has worked in student ministry for 8 years, is a Certified Pastoral Counselor, and has worked with numerous mission organizations, from building houses with Amor Ministries in Mexico to serving as a Young Life volunteer in Brussels, Belgium. She received a B.S. in Psychology from Sam Houston State University, and has attended Perkins School of Theology. She loves travel, mission, philosophy, theology, sailing, and chocolate milk, and is always up for conversation and hearing your story.
